Fleet Graphics & Van Wraps in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Two things drive fleet owners crazy: trucks that do not match because the art file changed somewhere along the way, and never knowing what the next one is going to cost. Our fleet program fixes both — locked per-vehicle pricing for twelve months, your artwork stored and version-controlled, and every new truck coming out identical to the last one.

On the Job: Fleet Leasing Trailer Lettering

Our crew lettering a Fleet Leasing semi trailer on site, from positioning the transfer tape to squeegeeing the vinyl down.

Positioning the lettering

The lettering is taped in place on the trailer panel so it goes on straight and level.

On a full-height trailer one person applies while a second steadies the ladder.

We Print It Here. That Is the Whole Difference.

Most sign shops in Middle Tennessee broker vehicle graphics out to a trade printer and mark them up. That is why the quote says three weeks. We run a 54-inch printer and laminator in our own shop on Samsonite Boulevard.

About a week, not three

A new vehicle on an existing fleet design is typically ready in about a week from approval. When a truck is sitting unmarked, that difference is real money.

Colors that actually match

Same printer, same profile, same laminate, every time. Truck twelve matches truck one — which is exactly what a broker cannot promise you across two years and three vendors.

A fix is a phone call

Panel damaged on a job site? We reprint that panel from your stored file and you are back out. No re-ordering through a middleman.

Fleet Pricing

Every fleet is quoted per vehicle class — pickups and service trucks, cargo vans, box trucks and trailers — and by coverage: DOT & door lettering, spot graphics or a full wrap. Fleet program customers (5+ vehicles) get a locked rate sheet; ask and we will send it the same day.

What the Fleet Program Actually Includes

One page. No monthly fee, no minimum spend, no long-term lock on your side.

Locked pricing, 12 months

Your per-vehicle price by class does not move for a year, whatever happens to vinyl costs. Budget a truck before you buy it.

Stored, versioned artwork

We keep the production file. Nobody has to hunt for a logo in an old email, and nothing drifts between vehicle three and vehicle thirty.

Guaranteed turnaround on adds

New truck on an existing design goes in the schedule at a committed window. Text us a photo and we book it.

Panel replacement coverage

If a panel fails from a material or application defect within the covered period, we reprint and reapply it at no charge.

Multi-Location Work, Done Right

Consistency across vehicles is the same discipline as consistency across locations — one stored file, one standard, no drift. We rolled out signage and window graphics across three Dos Bros restaurant locations, and every one of them matches.

If you run multiple trucks, multiple sites, or both, that is the problem we are built to solve.

Fleet Graphics Questions

Is a partial wrap actually worth it, or should I just do full?

For most service fleets, partial wins. A well-designed spot graphics package puts your logo, one service line and your phone number at a size the driver behind you can read at 45 mph — for roughly a quarter of a full wrap. Go full when the vehicle color fights your brand, when you want photographic imagery, or when the truck is genuinely a rolling billboard rather than a work vehicle. We will tell you honestly which one your situation calls for, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

How long do fleet graphics last?

Cast vinyl with a matched overlaminate typically holds five to seven years in Tennessee sun before color shift becomes noticeable. Calendared vinyl — what a low bid usually means — starts cracking and shrinking around year two, especially on curved panels. We quote cast as standard on wraps and tell you when calendared is genuinely fine, because sometimes it is.

Will graphics damage the paint when they come off?

On factory OEM paint in sound condition, properly removed vinyl comes off clean and typically leaves the paint underneath in better shape than the exposed panels around it. Where it goes wrong is repainted panels, aftermarket respray, or existing clear coat failure — vinyl will pull that up. We check panel condition before quoting and flag it if we see a respray.

Do you handle the DOT lettering at the same time?

Yes, and it should be done together — the compliance markings need to be planned into the design, not stuck on afterward where they clash. See our DOT numbers and truck lettering page for exactly what federal and Tennessee rules require.

We only have three trucks. Are we too small for a program?

No. The program formally starts at five vehicles, but we will store artwork and hold pricing for a three-truck operation that is growing — that is most of Rutherford County's trades businesses, and they do not stay at three. Call and ask.
